Ashtanga Yoga is a very active and
powerful method of Yoga developed
by Shri K. Pattabhi Jois. This Vinyasa
system works with the synchronization
of deep, rhythmic breathing and
movement to awaken the vital life
energy within all of us. Yoga postures
are linked together creating a
continuous flow of energy, which heats
up the body, cleansing and purifying
the nervous system and releasing
unwanted toxins through perspiration.

Hatha Yoga is the practice of postures
(asanas) – one of the eight paths
of yoga. Its purpose is to develop
strength, energy and balance.
Postures are introduced according to a
systematic approach to help strengthen
and balance every system of the
body: nervous, immune, respiratory,
endocrine, digestive, reproductive,
cardiovascular and musculoskeletal.
