Video Size Sample

The video doesn't start automatically. But there is an option for this.The size of the video is huge.(64MB) It can be converted but that will decrease the quality of the video. I'll convert it to realmedia, hope it will help.

My questions:
1.size (width/height) of video?
2. Display control buttons? (There is an option for creating customized control buttons)
3.Automatic start when page loads?
